Odoo is seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer in Belgium to tackle highly complex customer and partner issues. You’ll use our ticketing system and company-provided equipment, serving as the last line of defense between clients and chaos, with mostly email communication and rare direct calls.

You will join a fast-growing IT company in Belgium and work on diverse modules of Odoo, across multiple versions, collaborating with Developer and Functional Support teams.

Qualifications

• Expert in at least one programming language.
• Object-oriented programming, object modeling and relational databases.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diplomacy & communication.

Responsabilités

• Identify problems, analyze them, make them disappear.
• If you can’t solve it, another team may, dispatch it to the correct one.
• Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
• Develop or improve internal tools to make the job easier.
• Maintain and evolve your solutions as needed.
