Job summary

NCIM is seeking an IT Transition and Assurance Manager to coordinate transition activities, governance, and improvement initiatives across programs. You will advise teams on service management practices, plan milestones, and ensure timely delivery of transition activities with measurable benefits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in service management, and ITIL/PRINCE2 certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years in service management or related area.
• Experience with service transition across multiple industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project boards, assurance teams, and quality-review meetings.
• Use portfolio, programme, and project-control tools for planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Maintain project files and prepare and distribute reports.
• Advise teams on service management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational skills, technology, and processes.
• Conduct maturity and performance assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses.
