Job summary

Michael Page Belgium is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive a multi-site IT function and mentor a skilled team. You will ensure reliable service delivery, oversee infrastructure, and manage relationships with technology partners and vendors.

You will balance hands-on IT duties with strategic planning, apply security controls, support budgeting, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions that boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with proven leadership of IT teams.
• Strong networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure in a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on with Windows systems and Active Directory.
• Experience in IT procurement and vendor coordination.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
