Job summary

You will manage outsourced providers, lead local IT managers at two sites, and drive ITSM process improvements while aligning services with business goals.

The role requires strong vendor management, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a hybrid outsourcing setup and ensure cost and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT service and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and tools.
• Experience leading teams and coaching IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage service delivery in a hybrid (outsourced) environment.
• Familiarity with ISO and JSOX compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced infrastructure service providers and act as line manager for local IT managers at two sites.
• Own core ITSM processes—incident, problem, change, service request, and asset management—ensuring quality execution and leading major incident response.
• Support and guide local IT managers in their daily operations.
