Taleo Consulting in Brussels seeks an experienced Project Manager with strong Telco BSS and IT delivery expertise to lead a large-scale transformation program. You will coordinate multi-vendor delivery, manage budgets, risks, and governance, and report progress to senior stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Responsabilités

Mission context

A new transformation program has started for the CRM area to transform Legacy CRM Applications. The goal is to modernize legacy applications to reduce obsolescence and offer a better experience and security for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with technical knowledge in Telco BSS and proven experience in IT delivery with several external vendors on large-scale projects.

Main tasks

• Organize meetings with all stakeholders (IT, suppliers, business) according to the program governance in place
• Identify program risks and act accordingly to reduce and/or mitigate them
• Follow the quality of operations, support change management, and drive improvement plans
• Follow the technical implementation until the MTP, including the testing phase, and take all needed actions to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on quality
• Coordinate all the above tasks and communicate on their status via the platform/process in place
• Follow the program budget to keep it within the validated limits

Profile

• University degree, with at least 10 years' experience
• Proven experience in IT Program Management in the Telco environment
• Previous experience in IT roles
• Experience in partner management for delivery
• Knowledge of the systems used (Telco BSS)
• Technical expertise in at least one of: Telco Billing systems, Telco Order Management systems, Telco Contact Center, system integration (API/Web Service, connectivity, security)

Skills

• Ability to understand business requirements and propose the most suitable solutions
• Ability to build and follow a project plan
• Ability to manage IT project delivery with several partners, including offshore
• Understanding of IT operations activities
