Taleo Consulting in Brussels seeks an experienced Project Manager with strong Telco BSS and IT delivery expertise to lead a large-scale transformation program. You will coordinate multi-vendor delivery, manage budgets, risks, and governance, and report progress to senior stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT program management experience in Telco environments.
Proven track record delivering large cross-vendor programs.
Knowledge of Telco BSS and related systems.
Strong leadership and communication with senior management.

Responsabilités

Organize meetings with IT, suppliers and business stakeholders per governance.
Identify program risks and implement mitigations.
Monitor operations, support change management and drive improvements.
Oversee technical implementation through the MTP, including testing, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate tasks and report status via standard platform/process.
Manage program budget within validated limits.
