Tapptic is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team in Belgium. This full-time hybrid role involves managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in IT project management, proficient communication skills, and strong leadership capabilities. Proficiency in French (C2) and English (C1) is required, along with a collaborative spirit in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills required.
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently is necessary.
• French C2 and English C1 proficiency minimum.

We are looking to grow our team with an IT Project Manager to work across the whole Company.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Project Manager located in Waterloo, Brussels or Liège.

The role involves managing IT projects from inception to completion and ensuring that they are delivered within the agreed scope, time, and budget. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions, in coordination with stakeholders. The role will involve working collaboratively with other team members and clients to deliver the project in the established requirement, timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2+ years of experience (for permanent role) or 8+ years of experience in IT project management (for freelance role) especially in an agency environment
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
• French C2 and English C1 as a minimum

Assets

• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologiesExperience in managing budgets and timelines for IT projects
• Experience in communication with stakeholders at various organisational levels to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus
