TechTeamz in the Brussels metropolitan area seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple IT & OT projects within an international, technology-driven environment.

The role is a hybrid position with about three on-site days per week and a 12-month freelancer contract. Candidates should have 8–15 years of PM experience, solid Agile and Waterfall delivery, vendor management, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering IT projects using Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.
• Understanding of IT/OT environments or industrial/facilities projects is a plus.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage.

Project Manager – IT & OT Projects - Contractor

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple IT & Operational Technology (OT) projects within an international, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT & OT projects.


• Plan and control project scope, budget, timelines, and resources.


• Coordinate analysis, design, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.


• Lead project status meetings and steering committees.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.


• Ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of project management experience.


• Proven track record delivering IT projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.


• Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional teams.


• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.


• Understanding of IT/OT environments or industrial/facilities projects is a plus.


• Fluent English (Dutch is an advantage).

Location

• Hybrid working model with approximately 3 days per week on-site in great Brussels metropolitan area.


• Freelancer contract (initial 12 months).
