Vivid Resourcing partners with a growing technology company in Lokeren to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager who will link Operations and Technical teams, coordinating sprint activities, client relationships and technical oversight to ensure timely, within-scope delivery.

You will drive process improvements, manage contracts and resources, and translate technical requirements into business outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Project Manager/Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container technologies and modern infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Familiarity with IT service delivery, support operations and incident management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

Responsabilités

We're working with a growing technology company based in Lokeren who are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to serve as the key link between its Operations and Technical teams. This role combines project management, operational coordination, client relationship management, and technical oversight to ensure the successful delivery of services and projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where communication between business stakeholders and technical specialists is critical.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Sprint Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage sprint activities for the Operations team.
• Facilitate collaboration between Operations, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within scope.
• Track progress and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.

Client & Contract Management

• Manage client contracts and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project-related client communications.
• Coordinate contract renewals, amendments, and service reviews.
• Support account management activities and maintain strong client relationships.

Operational Coordination

• Oversee timesheet management and resource planning.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor support activities and assist in prioritising operational workloads.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency across teams.

Technical Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on infrastructure and platform initiatives.
• Support projects involving containerised environments and cloud-native technologies.
• Contribute to planning and coordination of CI/CD implementations and improvements.
• Assist in translating technical requirements into business outcomes and vice versa.
• Ensure operational considerations are incorporated into technical project planning.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, container technologies, and modern infrastructure platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and operational priorities.
• Knowledge of IT service delivery, support operations, and incident management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and project tracking tools.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including contract and resource management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in managed services, cloud services, or infrastructure-focused environments.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Linux-based systems and enterprise networking concepts.
• Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile certifications) are considered an advantage.
