About Our Client

Our client is a mid-sized company of around 55 employees. They are going through an important digital transformation phase. The company is looking for a Project Manager / IT Coordinator who can take ownership of internal IT projects with a hybrid positioning: mainly focused on software and business applications, while maintaining a solid technical understanding.

You will act as the main internal IT point of contact, working closely with leadership and an external IT provider responsible for infrastructure and hardware.

Job Description

As Project Manager / IT Coordinator, you will play a central role in the modernization of the company's tools, processes, and information flows.

This position is part of a broader transformation journey and offers a high level of autonomy, with a direct and visible impact on the organization.

Current Priorities

• Digitalization of internal processes
• Selection and implementation of a WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Next Projects

• Digitalization of transport planning
• Implementation of Business Intelligence tools
• Continuous improvement of systems, processes, and data flows

  Key Responsibilities

  • Gather internal business needs and translate them into practical solutions
  • Coordinate and manage IT-related projects linked to business applications
  • Support the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of software solutions
  • Act as the interface between internal stakeholders and external IT partners
  • Ensure overall consistency of tools and support user adoption
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce new technologies
  • Contribute to the company's digital evolution with a pragmatic and impact-driven approach

  The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in IT coordination, IT project management, or a similar role with a strong business applications focus
  • Hybrid profile with a clear software / functional orientation, while maintaining enough technical understanding to interact effectively with external providers
  • Ability to work autonomously in an SME environment
  • Dynamic, energetic, and proactive mindset
  • Strong ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence; any first exposure or hands-on experience would be considered a real asset
  • Able to combine operational understanding, pragmatism, and results orientation
  • Languages: Dutch (mandatory) / English (important)/ French (a plus)
