D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced IT/OT support professional to provide onsite breakdown-fix support for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment. You will back global IT teams and manage incidents and changes within CSV and data integrity guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulated IT/OT environments, strong industrial IT and SCADA/PLC exposure, and must be fluent in English plus Dutch or French. Onsite role with 24/7 on-call rotation in Antwerp area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software.
• Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing).
• ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing.
• Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL.
• Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation 1 week in a month.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French (both written and spoken) is essential.

Responsabilités

• Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment
• Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams
• Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks)
• Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments
• Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)
• Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures
• Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
