You will combine hands-on technical support with project coordination, engaging with internal teams and external providers, traveling 20–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations.
• You understand hardware, software and workplace technologies.
• You know Windows Server and Active Directory.
• You communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
• You can manage several requests while staying customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve hardware, software, network and workplace issues beyond the Global Service Desk.
• Manage end-user devices, onboarding/offboarding, and IT assets.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure security and performance.
• Coordinate IT projects such as office openings and relocations.
• Own incidents through resolution and identify service improvements.
• Develop and maintain inventories and technical documentation.
