Job summary
Editx Belgium is seeking an IT Officer to join its IT team, combining IT know-how with accounting software support and user assistance across Exact Online, Silverfin and related platforms.
You will troubleshoot, manage tickets, assist with software integrations, and handle Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 support, as well as device onboarding and access management across multiple offices. This role offers a unique chance to bridge IT and finance in a professional services environment.
Qualifications
- Experience providing first-line accounting software support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues across financial platforms.
- Familiarity with software integrations and digital process guidance.
- Experience handling first-line IT requests for end users.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 basics.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line accounting and financial software support.
- Troubleshoot, manage tickets and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
- Assist with software integrations and digital processes for colleagues.
- Handle Microsoft Entra ID and basic Microsoft 365 support.
- Support workplace infrastructure, device onboarding and access management.
- Document recurring issues and share solutions for continuous improvement.
