EMW in Mons, Belgium is seeking an ICT Systems Engineer to manage and secure our ICT environment on-site. You will handle day-to-day configuration of ICT systems, networks and end-user devices, and provide technical support to users.

The role requires NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance, at least 2 years of experience in large-scale ICT operations, and strong skills in virtualization, Windows environments, networking, and scripting for automation.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance is required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on ICT end-system implementation and maintenance in a large organization.
• Extensive experience configuring hardware and software across ICT environments.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems and ability to work independently to resolve problems.
• Experience troubleshooting IT issues and supporting end-users.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and Windows-based distributed environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT services such as DNS, Active Directory, and other critical network services.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day configuration and management of ICT systems, network and end-user devices.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Deploy and monitor OS and application security hotfixes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (SOPs).
• Manage the centralized antivirus solution and ensure device compliance.
