ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS in Brussels seeks a Senior IT Change Manager to drive a major IS Transformation and NIS2 programme. You will lead change strategy, adoption, and governance across IT and cybersecurity layers, coordinating stakeholders and communications.

The role requires fluency in French or Dutch and professional English, with a focus on adopting Security by Design and embedding new ways of working across a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Change Manager in large-scale IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR preferred).
• Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM and information security concepts.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the Change Management strategy and roadmap for IS Transformation and NIS2 programmes.
• Develop adoption strategies, KPIs and dashboards with regular governance reporting.
• Conduct impact assessments across organisation, processes, technology and skills.
