Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Care Agent for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will be the visible and trusted IT contact for employees, resolving technical issues and improving day-to-day work experience.

You will support Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and meeting room tech, both on-site and remotely. You will onboard new joiners, manage incidents, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance services and knowledge sharing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of IT Support/Service Desk experience.
• Comfort with Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, ITIL (or willingness to learn).
• Fluency in Dutch with very good French and English.
• Customer-oriented with ability to explain tech concepts clearly.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset and collaborative approach.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and continuously learning. You should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
• Comfort with Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, ITIL (or eagerness to learn).
• Fluency in Dutch, with a very good command of French and English.
