NATO is seeking a Chief Technician to join the team on-site in Mons, Belgium. You will provide Level-2 and service-management support for incidents, requests and changes, with NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps guiding workflows.

The role requires flexibility for on-call and on-site work and familiarity with JISR/intelligence-support systems. You will operate within an integrated NIC + contractor team to ensure mission-critical IT services.

Qualifications

Solid Level-2 technical support and IT service-management experience.
Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing workflows (NCIA ITSM, Azure DevOps or equivalent).
Exposure to JISR / intelligence-support systems is a strong advantage.
Flexible, reliable and comfortable with on-call and on-site working.

Responsabilités

Work within an integrated NIC + contractor team in a G14-equivalent Chief Technician role
Provide Level-2 and Service-Management support for Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests and Tasks, traceable through NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps
Respond, document, categorise and resolve assigned tickets in line with internal processes
Install, maintain, monitor and support the JSSC services (NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel-FS, ANB, Release Server, HMART, CSD IPL/IWS, ICMT, AOSS, NABI and more)
Participate in daily reporting and planning (daily meetings), workshops, events and conferences as directed by the Service Delivery Manager(s)
Take part in on-call support as required
