Lotus Bakeries seeks a skilled Supply Chain Planner to drive the monthly S&OP process and bridge customer demand with manufacturing plans. You will validate demand, balance supply, analyze inventory, and monitor performance to support executive S&OP for Pastry and Waffles.

You will collaborate with sales and operations, identify improvements, and roll out planning processes across sites, while maintaining strong data analytics and Dutch/English communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business economics or engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning (factory planning, S&OP, distribution and logistics).
• Experience in FMCG or industrial manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset; excellent Excel skills; fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, bridging demand with manufacturing capacities and validating demand and supply plans.
• Balance supply and demand, perform inventory analysis and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead Executive S&OP for Pastry and Waffles and support cross-functional planning with sales and operations teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and document, train and roll out planning processes.
