Job summary

BTT in Belgium seeks a proactive Sales Support specialist to be the first point of contact with customers by phone and email, guiding requests from quotation through delivery. You will prepare quotes with Sales Managers, manage commercial follow-up, and confirm orders in the ERP.

Fluency in French, Dutch and English is required; German is a plus. A mentor-guided onboarding and European exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong commercial sense and genuine customer focus.
• Administrative work that is accurate, precise and well organized.
• Solution-oriented mindset and problem solving.
• Communicative, friendly and a true team player.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Comfortable with an ERP system and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, guiding requests from quotation to delivery.
• Prepare and send quotations in collaboration with Sales Managers.
• Manage commercial follow-up and confirm orders in the ERP from entry to delivery.
• Prepare and follow up delivery quotations.
• Register customer complaints and follow through to resolution.
• Manage customer files and coordinate requests for new customers and articles.
• Organise dispatch of samples to customers and prospects.
• Handle general administration of the sales department and maintain ISO procedures.
• Create sales statistics to support the commercial team in its decisions.
• Mentor new colleagues during onboarding.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.
