Jobat is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Merchtem to act as the main commercial and customer-oriented contact for the region. You will work with the External Sales Representative to expand the customer portfolio, manage new and existing customers, and ensure smooth quotations and follow-up.

You will maintain daily contact with customers by phone and email, focusing on commercial growth, while updating ERP/CRM systems and reporting on progress with the sales team.

In this role, you will be the main commercial and customer-oriented point of contact for your region. Working closely with the External Sales Representative, you will build strong customer relationships and help expand the customer portfolio. You will manage a combination of new and existing customers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and professionally, from quotations to follow-up.

Your responsibilities
