Zusammenfassung

Randstad Belgium invites an internal sales assistant to join a collaborative team supporting commercial and logistics operations across Europe. The role focuses on accurate proposals, contract review, and coordinating export workflows with production and logistics.

You will engage with international clients, manage ERP/CRM tools, and receive dedicated guidance from our staffing firm to develop this temporary assignment into a career milestone.

Qualifikationen

Business bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
Fluent in English (C1) and French; German is a plus.
Proven back-office experience in an international corporate environment.
Experience with ERP, CRM, and standard office software.
Understanding export financing, credit management and guarantees.

Aufgaben

Prepare costed commercial proposals following pricing guidelines and delivery schedules.
Proactive follow-up on offers to accelerate order conversion across Europe and Scandinavia.
Review contractual terms to minimize risk on all agreements.
Coordinate order processing with production, logistics and QA for timely delivery.
Oversee export workflows including client payments and export license compliance.
Build trustworthy relationships with international clients and system integrators.
