Jobat seeks a Sales Business Analyst to be the analytical and administrative backbone of the sales team in Belgium. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, the field sales team, and the call center to ensure that data, pricing, customer structures, and quotations are accurate and up to date.

You will prepare customer-focused reports, analyze pricing and margins, review promotional campaigns, and support ERP/CRM data integrity.

Responsabilités

• Prepare customer-focused reports (sales volumes and revenue in €)
• Conduct pricing analyses and monitor margins by customer and product category
• Analyze promotional campaigns and their impact on volumes, margins and customer behavior
• Investigate and reconcile returnable packaging balances
• Create dashboards and reports for internal reporting purposes
