Lyreco Belgium seeks a Paralegal ad interim in Berchem to support the Legal Advisor and Senior Management Team in governance, contract management, compliance and cross-functional projects in an international environment. Requirements include 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Dutch language skills, and excellent organization.

You will organize meetings, notarize documents, maintain filing systems and assist with contract reviews and translations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Freelancer / Contractor seeking a part-time interim assignment.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• High level of discretion, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
• Highly organized and structured; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Dutch language mandatory; English and French are a strong plus.
• IT-literate (Microsoft Office); ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Legal Advisor and Senior Management Team.
• Organize meetings, collect signatures and coordinate notarization of documents (apostilles).
• Assist in preparing documents, reports and presentations.
• Maintain filing and archiving systems for quick access.
• Support corporate housekeeping for all entities and update Corporate Information Sheets.
• Review contracts and coordinate translations; manage contract register and intranet updates.
• Support compliance policies rollout and training coordination.
• Assist with KYC and annual accounts documentation.
• Coordinate property-related filings with Facility Manager and manage leases.
• Provide administrative support for business integration projects.
