Job summary

Lyreco Group in Belgium is seeking a Paralegal to support the Legal Advisor and Senior Management Team. You will help manage corporate governance, contracts, and compliance across borders in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong discretion, and fluency in Dutch, with solid IT skills. You will coordinate translations, maintain filing systems, and assist with ad hoc KYC and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• English and French are a strong plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant paralegal or corporate admin experience.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Legal Advisor and Senior Management Team.
• Organize meetings, collect signatures and coordinate notarization.
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations; maintain filing systems.
• Support corporate housekeeping and changes of directors/managers.
• Review contracts and assist with contract templates and translations.
• Coordinate compliance policies and training; manage translations.
• Assist with ad hoc requests (KYC) and annual accounts docs.
• Coordinate business integration projects support.
