Sia, a global management consulting group, is seeking an experienced Manager Insurance in Brussels to lead consulting missions for Belgian clients in the Insurance sector. You will guide teams, drive market development, and shape thought leadership while coordinating with the Brussels office.

Expect to build market insights, defend proposals, and mentor consultants in a dynamic, international environment with a strong focus on data and AI topics.

Formación

• Master's degree from a top university across business, engineering or economics.
• Fundamental insight into the insurance market.
• 5–10 years of relevant consulting experience in the Financial Services sector.
• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial with proven business development skills.
• Ability to monitor trends and adapt offerings; led projects and managed teams.
• Strong domain expertise and readiness to deliver consulting services personally.
• You have interest in data/AI topics and can build expertise quickly.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English (trilingual).

Responsabilidades

• Personal leadership of consulting missions and project delivery at clients.
• Follow-up and steer consulting work of other consultants.
• Develop market share in Insurance in Belgium and align offers with market needs.
• Support business development in The Netherlands if needed.
• Lead from Brussels, prospect, write proposals and manage client relationships.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Belgian and general Insurance markets.
• Analyse evolutions in business models and sector trends to guide client solutions.
• Create thought leadership materials (case studies, letters, articles) for marketing.
