Job summary

Sia is seeking a Manager Banking in Brussels to lead banking consulting missions, guide teams, and drive market share growth in Belgium and possibly the Netherlands. You will report to the Associate Partner and leverage data, AI insights, and client relationships to deliver high-quality strategic advice.

The role requires 5–10 years in banking consulting, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and multilingual communication (French, Dutch, English).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field from a top-tier university.
• Strong fundamental insight into the Banking market.
• 5–10 years of consulting experience in Banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting missions for banking clients, ensuring high service and quality.
• Follow up and steer the work of other consultants.
• Develop market share in Banking in Belgium and assist in Netherlands business development.
• From Brussels, drive prospection, proposals, and client relationship management.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Belgian banking markets and related trends.
