Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of a migration from SAP FC to OneStream within the insurance sector. The role focuses on coordinating project implementation activities and ensuring milestones are met.

You will work with business stakeholders, manage change activities, define test strategies and planning, monitor progress, and drive delivery from planning through implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in project implementation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Ideally have worked on an EPM migration before.
• Experience with change management in project environments.
• Experience in test strategy, test planning and test follow-up.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on project implementation activities.
• Manage project planning, progress tracking, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate change management activities related to project implementation.
• Define and coordinate test strategies, test planning and execution follow-up.
• Monitor test progress, document issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Communicate with business stakeholders, project teams and other relevant parties.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned activities.
• Support the implementation process from planning through delivery.
