Job summary

Projective Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives for top financial institutions. The role combines consulting mindset with delivery ownership in regulated environments, covering core banking, insurance transformations, and regulatory programmes.

You will guide end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate governance while ensuring alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or transformation in financial services.
• Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or related field.
• Experience leading complex projects in banking, insurance, payments, or asset management.
• Familiarity with operating model change, digital transformation, regulatory programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage transformation projects from mobilisation through delivery and closure.
• Translate strategy into concrete roadmaps, milestones and outcomes.
• Manage governance, planning, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across business, IT, risk, compliance and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops and steering committees at senior management level.
• Ensure alignment of business objectives, regulatory requirements and execution.
• Contribute to internal methodologies and thought leadership in transformation.
