In4Matic seeks an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead strategic HR and time-management transformation initiatives in a large enterprise setting. You will steer multiple migrations, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery across SAP HCM, TPM, and SuccessFactors modules.

The role requires a strong track record with 15+ years in project leadership, fluency in Dutch/French/English, and hands-on SAP HCM, Time, and SuccessFactors expertise for complex migrations.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of at least five major projects, each >1 year.
• Experience in organizations with 10,000+ employees and diverse workforces.
• Hands-on SAP HCM, SAP Time and SAP SuccessFactors with migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP HR and SAP Time certifications held.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate SAP HCM, SAP Time, and SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Oversee migrations from SAP HCM/Time to SAP S/4HANA.
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery in complex, large-scale environments.
• Coordinate stakeholders; ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Jira to manage activities and progress.
