Projective Group Talent is offering an exceptional career experience in Financial Services. As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end migration initiatives within a strategic core banking transformation programme, and bring teams together to shape a future-ready banking environment.

You will work with business specialists, product leads, architects, engineers, operations experts and external partners in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, using AI-enabled ways of working to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT transformation or migration projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Interest in banking or regulated environments.
• Ability to bring structure to complex projects across teams.
• Knowledge of core banking, data migration, Agile delivery or software modernization.
• Willingness to use AI-supported tools in delivery and decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead core banking migration projects from initiation through go-live and stabilisation.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, testing, and migration activities.
• Manage plans, dependencies, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive governance, reporting and decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery meets regulatory, security, risk and audit requirements.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled practices to improve programme delivery.
• Contribute to the migration and decommissioning of legacy banking platforms.
