Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead in its Insurance Technology practice to drive multi-year transformation programs for leading insurers. You will combine deep insurance knowledge with delivery excellence to guide large-scale programs from strategy through execution across onshore and offshore teams.

You will work with executive stakeholders to shape roadmaps, manage budgets and governance, and coach talent while ensuring client value and high performance across domains like Life, Non-Life,

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex IT and business transformation programs within the insurance industry.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products, processes, and operating models across domains such as Life, Non-Life, claims, and policy administration.
• Proven experience delivering large transformation programs involving core systems, digital platforms, cloud, data, AI, or operations.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive/C-level clients.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch and/or French helpful.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale insurance transformation programs across business and technology teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on digital transformation, core systems modernization and customer experience.
• Drive delivery excellence with governance, risk controls, quality, and financial oversight.
• Manage budgets, commercial delivery, and program profitability (P&L).
• Build and inspire multidisciplinary onshore/offshore teams and define transformation roadmaps.
