Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead within its Insurance practice to drive large-scale transformations in Employee Benefits and Group Insurance for Belgium and Europe. The role combines industry expertise with leadership to deliver strategy-to-delivery programs, modernizing platforms, and enhancing customer and employer experiences.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, oversee governance, and contribute to business development while collaborating with executives and global experts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives within the Employee Benefits and Group Insurance domain.
• Strong expertise in Group Insurance, Supplementary Pensions, Life Insurance, Disability & Income Protection, Health & Hospitalization Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Employee Benefits and Group Insurance transformation programs from strategy through implementation and delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, navigating pension reform, digital transformation, and platform modernization.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across business and technology teams with alignment to objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Manage program financials, governance, risk, and profitability (P&L responsibility).
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across business, technology, product, and operations.
• Collaborate with client executives to define strategic roadmaps and future operating models.
