Accenture is looking for an Insurance Consultant to lead a small team on international IT transformational projects in the Financial Services sector. You will shape and deliver client solutions, manage scope, and guide delivery with a focus on AI-enabled innovations.

The role requires strong insurance domain knowledge, people leadership, and experience with multiple delivery methodologies. Dutch and/or French plus English fluency are essential for collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in at least one key insurance domain (e.g. Life, Non-Life).
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, English is mandatory.
• Experience in resource management, team coaching, scope management, risk/issues management, quality assurance.
• Knowledge of project estimation and planning and delivery management related frameworks and skills.
• Experience with different delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with working with near-shore or off-shore teams.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Ability to contribute in RFP/RFIs.
• Affinity with AI is an asset.
