Accenture Belgium is seeking a Delivery Lead in our Insurance Technology practice to lead large-scale programs for insurers, aligning business and technology teams to deliver strategic transformations.

You will collaborate with client executives, manage budgets, drive governance, and mentor cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore, focusing on value delivery, risk management, and regulatory evolution.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience leading complex IT and business transformation programs within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and operating models across Life, Non-Life / P&C, Employee Benefits / Group Insurance, Claims, Policy Administration.
• Proven experience delivering large transformation programs involving core systems, digital platforms, cloud, data, AI, or operational transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive and C-level client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience managing large budgets, commercial delivery, and program governance.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams in complex delivery environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience contributing to sales, proposals, practice development, and market growth.
• Excellent communication skills in English and good command of Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale insurance transformation programs, managing end-to-end delivery across business and technology teams.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders for digital transformation and regulatory evolution.
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, quality controls, and financial oversight.
• Manage program budgets, commercial performance, and overall delivery profitability (P&L).
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Collaborate with client executives and Accenture leadership to define transformation roadmaps and priorities.
• Support business development activities including client pursuits, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Coach talent and contribute to growth of Accenture's Insurance Technology practice.
