Accenture is seeking ambitious professionals to join our Insurance practice in Belgium. You will lead and support transformation programs for insurer clients, shaping operating models, processes, and digital experiences across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, insurance, or transformation.
• Experience with Employee Benefits (Group Insurance) products and market dynamics.
• Understanding of insurance operating models, channels, and core processes.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in complex programs.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transformation projects for insurance clients.
• Analyze processes, operating models, journeys, and tech landscapes to identify improvements.
• Design and implement initiatives focused on ops excellence, digital transformation, and CX.
• Provide expertise in Employee Benefits and Group Insurance across engagements.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews with business and technology teams.
• Create executive presentations, business cases, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and business development.
• Coach analysts and junior consultants.
• Stay updated on insurance market trends and regulatory developments.
• Contribute to thought leadership within Accenture's Insurance practice.
