Our Inside Sales Executives are responsible for the entire sales process, from market research and prospecting to negotiations and account management. You will spend much of your time developing both new and existing customer relationships by offering a comprehensive service and logistics partnership. You will contact customers to identify their business needs, sell additional products and services, and retain existing business. In addition, you will ensure the smooth integration of new customers into our operations and support teams, making sure they receive the service they need. You will also provide valuable business insights by analyzing volumes and revenue and sharing your findings with the broader organization.
