UPS zoekt een Inside Sales Executive voor de Limburg Kempen regio. Je beheert het volledige verkoopproces, van marktonderzoek en prospectie tot onderhandelingen en accountbeheer, en breidt klantenrelaties uit met een volledige logistieke service.

Je werkt hybride, hebt een bachelor, vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, en kan zelfstandig en in teamverband presteren. Een sterke commerciële mindset en doelgerichtheid zijn gewenst.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met outbound telesales in een B2B-omgeving is een pluspunt.
• In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en tijdbeheer.
• Sterke drang om te slagen in een doelgerichte omgeving.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Bachelor-diploma.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Behandel het gehele verkoopproces van marktonderzoek tot onderhandeling en accountbeheer.
• Ontwikkel zowel nieuwe als bestaande klantrelaties door een volledige service en logistieke partner te bieden.
• Neem contact op met klanten om zakelijke behoeften te identificeren, verkoop extra producten/diensten en behoud van business.
• Zorg voor een vlotte integratie van nieuwe klanten in onze operaties en ondersteuning van teams.
• Lever waardevolle inzichten door volumes en omzet te analyseren en deel deze met de organisatie.

Inside Sales Executive - Limburg Kempen

We are UPS, the world's largest package delivery company. We are looking for a candidate to join our facility in Diegem as an Inside Sales Executive for the Limburg Kempen region.

Our Inside Sales Executives are responsible for the entire sales process, from market research and prospecting to negotiations and account management. You will spend much of your time developing both new and existing customer relationships by offering a comprehensive service and logistics partnership. You will contact customers to identify their business needs, sell additional products and services, and retain existing business. In addition, you will ensure the smooth integration of new customers into our operations and support teams, making sure they receive the service they need.

You will also provide valuable business insights by analyzing volumes and revenue and sharing your findings with the broader organization.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in outbound telesales within a business-to-business environment is an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with proven project and time management abilities
• A strong drive to succeed in a target-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in Dutch and English
