Job summary

UPS is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to cover the Limburg Kempen region from our Diegem facility in Belgium. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiations and account management, building strong relationships and identifying logistics needs.

You will analyze volumes and revenue, provide insights to the organization, and work in a target-driven, collaborative environment with hybrid working flexibility. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

• Experience in outbound telesales within a B2B environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proven project and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from market research and prospecting to negotiations and account management.

• Provide valuable business insights by analyzing volumes and revenue and sharing findings with the organization.
