Televic Rail is seeking a Bid Manager who combines a strong technical mindset with a customer‑oriented attitude. You will join the Bid Management team to transform specifications into innovative and feasible technical proposals.

You will coordinate between customers and internal teams, develop concepts for passenger information, safety, and entertainment, and analyze technical specifications to ensure hardware, software, and quality alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage complexity, set priorities and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Master’s degree in engineering with a focus on software or electronics (or equivalent experience).

Responsabilités

• Handle strategic and complex inquiries - nationally and internationally - from initial contact to contract signing.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Product Management, and Project Management.
• Develop technical concepts that meet customer requirements in passenger information, safety, and entertainment.
• Analyze and document technical specifications with emphasis on hardware, software, and quality."
• Evaluate risks and opportunities in proposals to reflect costs and communications.
• Serve as the Solution Owner and single point of contact during the bid phase for technical questions.
• Present and represent solution concepts to customers.
