Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Credit Consultant for a Brussels-based consultancy assignment. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us in the client environment, working 50% on site and 50% from home.

Responsibilities include translating business needs, analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and IT, and applying Agile practices within credit-related processes. Banking industry experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and at least one national language.
• Experience in banking industry and risk & credits.

Responsibilities

• Understand, translate and communicate business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and analyze requirements, perform impact analysis and translate them into functional specs.
• Apply Agile practices, refine features, and support delivery with product owners and IT partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and developers to understand integration flows and API needs.
• Support testing phases, organize UAT, and assist with release validations.
