Job summary

Capgemini Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support product management in a payments-focused environment. You will align stakeholders, define roadmaps, capture business requirements, and manage risks across IT, operations, legal and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, fluency in Dutch or French and excellent English, with 50% onsite/50% remote work and travel to Paris as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Business Analyst in project-driven environments.
• Ability to work with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Business teams.
• Knowledge of international payments ecosystem.
• Payments processing chains (excluding card-based payments).
• Banking experience and SEPA payments knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in stakeholder alignment, planning, roadmaps, business requirements, KPIs and financial deliverables.
• Take ownership of specific initiatives.
• Document business vision and business needs.
• Prepare cross-entity documentation summaries.
• Define and share business requirements.
• Manage risks, quality and issues.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
