Job summary

TALEO Consulting Group in Belgium seeks a seasoned Business Analyst specialized in cards to analyze issues, define business requirements, and bridge business and IT. You will work with the squad to evaluate change requests and identify viable solutions, while coordinating BAT and ensuring clear acceptance criteria.

You will interface with business and IT stakeholders, define operating models, and drive alignment across domains in a 50% on-site / 50% homeworking setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a Cards environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cards products, processes and Belgian Cards/payments market.
• Knowledge of Cards-related technology and architecture and IT linkage.
• Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
• Languages: strong English (written and spoken), good French, Dutch.
• Nice to have: Project Management or Product Owner experience, Agile, Wero, Apple Pay, target operating models.
• Soft skills: client-oriented, analytical, structured, strong communication/negotiation, independent and solution-oriented, adaptable, team player.
• Working model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking.

Responsibilities

• Analyse issues and identify improvements to card products and services.
• Analyse and evaluate change requests; define business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and assess solution options with the squad.
• Interface between business and IT stakeholders.
• Define business scope, target operating models and business/IT interfaces.
• Follow up implementation and coordinate Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
