Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa seeks a Retail Account Manager to implement and develop the Retail Network and drive joint success with Partners. You will ensure profitability by optimizing services, sales, marketing, and customer service at the point of sale, while recruiting and developing a robust network of maintenance and repair centres.

Qualifications

• Background in retail or account management with strong sales execution.
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends to drive decisions.
• Strong communication with partners, cross-functional teams, and customers.
• Fluent in Dutch plus professional English and French is a plus.
• Experience in an international or matrix environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop the network by identifying and recruiting high-quality Partners.
• Balance recruitment with supporting growth of existing Partners.
• Build relationships to understand Partner needs and drive satisfaction.
• Grow sales and revenue by identifying trends and optimizing processes at POS.
• Promote centralized procurement and maximize supplier rebates.
• Bridge programs with Partners and drive adoption through guidance and training.
• Improve inventory and store layouts to boost efficiency.
• Provide training to enhance Partner capabilities in sales and product knowledge.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Contribute to strategic planning with senior management.
