Job summary

Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa (BSEMEA) in Zaventem hybrid role seeks an Inventory Planning Advanced Analyst to define and manage target inventory and service levels, balancing inventory with network constraints and production strategy.

You will review inventory policies, optimize service levels, and collaborate across functions to reduce slow-moving stock and excess inventory, while maintaining cash discipline and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of inventory planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own Target Inventory and Service Level governance from policy definition through planning execution.
• Coordinate inputs and root-cause analysis and publish targets to OMP.
• Set tactical inventory targets and lead scenario modelling for planning decisions.
• Steer production decisions to balance service continuity and inventory risk.
• Maintain planning parameters and execute monthly target-setting cycles.
• Run the solver, perform quality checks and adjust outputs to the strategy.
• Manage inventory quality metrics and excess-risk mitigation with Finance.
• Own OESK scrap-at-plant process and exposure management.
• Perform monthly root-cause analyses and coordinate cross-functional actions to reduce exposure.
