Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant for Microsoft Advisory Services (MAS) in Brussels. You will partner with sales and clients to understand business needs, scope opportunities, and translate requirements into compelling proposals while shaping SOWs with delivery teams.

You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, maintain solution collateral, and contribute market insights. Hybrid work arrangement and EU visa eligibility are noted.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IT Asset Management including asset lifecycle management, inventory tracking, compliance, and risk management.
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, cloud services, and software licensing models.
• Experience in software asset and license management with focus on optimization, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and solve complex business challenges through technology solutions.
• Experience supporting the sales lifecycle, developing solution proposals, and incorporating project delivery methodologies into client engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, enabling trusted client relationships and growth opportunities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, with continuous learning and awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Scoping and sizing opportunities in partnership with sales teams and clients.
• Designing and presenting tailored solutions, defining commercial parameters, and developing SOWs and proposals.
• Creation and maintenance of solution collateral with marketing teams.
