Ypto NV, based near Brussels, seeks a Portfolio/PMO professional to support the Portfolio Management Support Office, enabling efficient and high‑quality project delivery through governance, tooling and financial follow‑up. You will act as Business Owner for Non‑Digital & Business Initiatives within ServiceNow SPM, collect and translate user requirements, coordinate UAT, and support reporting.

We value a bachelor’s degree, ~3 years PMO experience, and fluency in Dutch, French and English; hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Around 3 years of PMO experience (junior to early‑medior level).
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (B2+ in each language).

Responsabilités

• Act as Business Owner for Non-Digital & Business Initiatives in ServiceNow SPM.
• Collect, analyse, coordinate and follow up requirements for ServiceNow SPM.
• Coordinate UAT testing and participate in sprint planning.
• Organize requirements meetings with Business SNCB and provide user training.
• Support governance, reporting and documentation for projects.
• Assist financial governance including budget follow‑up and FPS Mobility reporting.
