Sibelco in Dessel is seeking a Payroll Specialist with broad HR operations responsibilities. You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll, ensure Belgian compliance, and handle employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding.

The role requires 2-5 years’ experience in payroll/HR, strong knowledge of Belgian legislation, and proficiency with Workday and Protime. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with a permanent, on-site position offering strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Payroll or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of payroll and HR administration experience in a complex setting.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll processes.
• Experience with Workday and Protime is highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll in collaboration with stakeholders and providers.
• Ensure compliant payroll administration per Belgian law and policies.
• Oversee employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and HR documentation.
• Maintain records in HRIS and administer time and attendance (Protime).
• Act as first point of contact for payroll, benefits and HR questions.
• Support audits, data quality, GDPR compliance and HR projects.
