Fresenius Medical Care seeks an HR Advisor Belgium to manage payroll across Belgium and the Netherlands, administer employee benefits, and drive HR operations and employee relations in a dynamic international setting.

You will ensure compliance with Belgian and Dutch labor law, keep HR data accurate, and support GDPR requirements while partnering with managers to deliver a seamless employee experience in both countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field
• 3–5 years in operational HR role
• Fluent in Dutch (Flemish) and English; French is a plus
• Experience with Belgian/Dutch payroll, labor law, HR operations, or willingness to develop

Responsabilités

• Manage payroll activities for Belgium and the Netherlands with external providers
• Administer and coordinate employee benefit programs and annual reviews
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Belgian/Dutch labor laws, CLAs, and policies
• Maintain HR data accuracy, HRIS administration, and GDPR compliance
