Job summary

Trio Leuchten in Kruibeke, Belgium, seeks an Office Manager (m/f/d) for a full-time hybrid role. You will support the Customer Service team, coordinate daily operations, and drive process improvements across Sales and Logistics.

Responsibilities include managing quotations, orders, deliveries, and complaints, and organizing administrative workflows while guiding a team with strong Dutch and English communication. A home office day is provided weekly.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations.
• Fluent Dutch and very good English; confident handling of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and coordination for our Customer Service team and act as the first point of contact for colleagues.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and support our customers in daily operations.
• Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and complaints.
• Organize and optimize administrative office processes while working closely with Sales, Logistics and other departments.
• Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuously improve processes.
