TRIO Lighting Group in Kruibeke, Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) to support inquiries, orders and complaints; prepare quotations; and assist sales activities. You will monitor delivery schedules and help ensure timely order fulfillment, including invoicing and accounts receivable tasks.

You will maintain customer master data, generate reports, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics and other departments.

Formación

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French (written and spoken).

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as ERP systems
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent Dutch,English and frenchlanguage skills, written and spoken
• Team player with a high level of service orientation and attention to detail
